Passion and rigour guide the kitchen of your host Salvatore, chef and owner of the Sorrento Cooking Academy. He learned the secrets of the traditional recipes at home as a boy, refined his technique through professional training and years in the field, and today curates every detail: from the selection of top-quality local ingredients to menus that celebrate authentic flavours with a personal touch. Offering a convivial, unforgettable evening is his true mission.

Dinner runs from 8:30 pm to about 10:45 pm at the Sorrento Cooking Academy in Sant'Agnello, on the Sorrento coast. Hosted in English and Italian. Light activity level, suitable for beginners, step-free access.
